How long will it take to get my orders?
It depends on where you are. Orders within Peninsular Malaysia will take anywhere from 3-10 working days to arrive. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

How do I track my order?
You will receive an email with the tracking number once your order dispatches from our fulfilment centre. If you have issues with your order, please email us at info@10drs.com

Can I change my shipping address?
Shipping address cannot be changed once order(s) has been shipped.

Can I cancel my order?
Order cannot be cancelled or changed once transaction has been being approved.

What if I receive a damaged/incorrect item?
Any claims of incorrect shipment, faulty or damaged goods during delivery, you can return your items to us for a refund or exchange. Refunds for items returned within 5 days of the purchase date will be credited in the full amount and the same form as the original payment type.
Delivery and packaging charges are not refundable unless as a result of our error. You will not be required for the extra shipping charges for incorrect item/s being shipped.
